Yellowstone Kelly Wreath Laying 2016

Veterans were honored during the Billings Chamber’s Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Yellowstone Kelly Interpretive Site (YKIS) in Swords Rimrock Park June 21, 2016. In addition to honoring Luther Sage “Yellowstone” Kelly for his service during three wars, the Mayor presented the Casper Platoon attendees with individual appreciation certificates for service to our country.
